I research large-scale biological foundation models, high-performance molecular dynamics algorithms, quantum algorithms, level 3 system thinking, sharding systems for AIxBio supercomputing. Over the past few years, I have embarked on an in-depth exploration across multiple disciplines, with the ultimate goal of creating molecular simulators capable of integrating thermodynamics and quantum mechanics at scale.
